Our Japanese restaurant in London combines innovation with comfort by developing menus that bring traditional dishes with a NIJŪ twist to Mayfair. Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master, has devised an incredible menu and is guiding Executive Chef Chris Golding, and Head Sushi Chef David Bury to honour the food he’s famous for across London.

NIJŪ dishes have been created to be served on the table for everyone to share, encouraging conversations, and building relationships by experiencing new things together.
One of NIJŪ’s defining features is the use of a traditional Japanese Konro Grill. The hot Konro Grill temperatures trap moisture within the meat, cooking it to perfection. Using NIJŪ’s very own special charcoal mix of binchotan, briquette, and cherry wood we create a deliciously unique flavour.
