Our drinks menu is uniquely crafted around four seasons: Prep, Lean, Plethora, and Dry. Each season is designed to highlight the finest local, seasonal ingredients at their peak. What sets us apart is our innovative approach of blending these ingredients with Japanese spirits and sake, making us the first to offer this concept.
