Our cocktail menu is divided into four chapters; The Prep Season, The Lean Season, The Plethora Season, and The Dry Season. By showcasing the best local ingredients, enhanced by Japanese touches, you are able to sample some of the finest blends, from the feisty flavours offered by The Prep Season, to the fresh and peppery experience of The Plethora Season.
