We invite you to an unforgettable New Year’s Eve as we welcome Culinary Director and Sushi Master Endo Kazutoshi to NIJŪ for a special one-night-only dining experience. For this exclusive celebration, Endo San will be joining forces with NIJŪ’s Executive Chef Chris Golding and Head Sushi Chef David Bury to present a specially curated New Year’s Eve menu — blending NIJŪ’s contemporary flair with Endo’s signature sushi artistry and refined Japanese craftsmanship.
Menu Highlights Include: Exceptional Sushi by Endo, Tempura Porthilly Oysters with Whisky and Caviar, Wagyu Beef “Rossini” with Shiitake Mushroom Duxelle and Black Truffle.
