Wednesday 24th September 2025 will see Chris Golding, Executive Chef at NIJŪ, and Dan Murray, Head Chef at The Palomar, join forces for one night only. Hosted at NIJŪ, the authentic Japanese restaurant on Berkeley Street, this one-off dinner is part of the restaurant’s Yūshoku Club series. This event will be a celebration of seasonal produce and creative culinary techniques, with a collaborative menu featuring feasting dishes packed with the flavours of Japan, Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Levant.
